How long does the item(s) take to reach me?
It takes around 3 - 4 weeks after pre-order end to reach you. Sometimes it does take longer than the estimate time due to certain reason such as items are out of stock and need to wait for restock item, need to wait till release date or held by custom. So please wait patiently for your order to arrive. Please do not order if u can't accept this issues to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding.

Can you reserve the item(s) for me?
Sorry dear but all items are pre-order. Meaning to say you have to pay for it first before I'm sending your order to supplier. As for ready stock items, I can reserve it for 4 days only. After day 5, I will not reserve & give priority to others buyer.
How to pay for my order?
You can pay via bank transfer, cash deposit machine (CDM), online banking or counter banking. I do not accept wang pos. I use BSN and MAYBANK.

ATM or CDM don't accept RM1 and RM5. What will happen to my balance?
Do not worry about this as I will include your balance along with your order (parcel) later. I never take my customer balance.

What courier service do you use to post my parcel?
I'm mainly using Pos Laju service to post customer order where track number is provided. But I also offer Pos Ekspress based on request and fit the item condition.

Does your item(s) original and from Korea?
Yes. For CD/DVD Album, they are original and will be counted on GDA & Hanteo Chart. As for merchandise, check my OFFICIAL GOODS if u are looking for official merchandise. Do notice that my supplier is from KOREA. So all the things that u order are directly send to me from Korea.

Can we do meet up?
Yes, we can. However, most of my item are pre-order. Thus you need to pay for your order 1st before we can do meet up. I don't accept half payment. As for location of meet up, it depends on my schedule, not yours!

Do you take order for oversea customer?
Yes, I do. But I only accpet payment via Paypal and transaction must be made in USD currency.
Payment = Merchandise Total + International Shipping + 5% Paypal Transaction Fee
Currency exchange will be based on latest rate. International shipping rate depends on the total weight of your package and will be quoted after your order is received. Different shipping options available including EMS (fast shipping, track number available) OR Registered Parcel (slow shipping, track number available).
